 Oh same problem with my internet connection.

I am using the perennial problematic Smartbro ISP. Do you use PLDT DSL or Samrtbro too?

my using pldt dsl here NGN line.. they told me na NGN line was down.

 ...i used to have that problem when i was still using globe broadband...but now the service is a lot better with smartbro compared to globe...
