Ok I should have been in bed yonks ago... This is a thingy I wrote last year, But wanted do a re-release.
It's time to turn around my love, Meet me face to face, It's time to turn around my love, No matter what your race, It's time to turn around my love, And meet me eye to eye, It's time to turn around my love, Or just to say, goodbye.
It's time to seek the future now, To kiss me on my lips, It's time to seek the future now, Let me caress your hips, It's time to seek the future now, I long for you to touch, It's time to seek the future now, I want you oh so much.
It's time to stop our uncertainty, Do you feel the way I do, It's time to stop our uncertainty, Should one and one be two, It's time to stop our uncertainty, Am I what you look for, It's time to stop our uncertainty, Do you need so much more.
It's time now, to make your destiny, To tell me from your heart, It's time now, to make your destiny, Or to end, before the start, It's time now, to make your destiny, It may hurt, but I will live, It's time now, to make your destiny, I have nothing else to give.

I had to look up "yonks".
YONKS n. Quite simply, a long time. Not a specific length of time at all; it could be minutes or decades. Good examples would be "Where have you been? I've been waiting here for yonks!" or "Met a friend from school the other day who I haven't seen for yonks."
OR
a very long time, usually a number of years
"I've been mad for fucking years, absolutely years, been over the edge for yonks, been working me buns off for bands..." -Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon (Speak to Me)
And I liked the poem. Took me yonks to read it, though.
Cheers!

I don't play it safe. If I wanted to stay safe.. I would have stayed in my mother's womb.

Turnaround, Every now and then I get a little bit nervous that the best of all the years have gone by Turnaround, Every now and then I get a little bit terrified and then I see the look in your eyes Turnaround bright eyes, Every now and then I fall apart Turnaround bright eyes, Every now and then I fall apart.....
And I need you now tonight And I need you more than ever And if you'll only hold me tight We'll be holding on forever And we'll only be making it right Cause we'll never be wrong together We can take it to the end of the line Your love is like a shadow on me all of the time I don't know what to do and I'm always in the dark We're living in a powder keg and giving off sparks I really need you tonight Forever's gonna start tonight
