Hey UNI!

Yes, I met this addiction head on and conquered it. I have surpassed that which I basically did to survive but as you will read it is something that was introduced to me as I was growing up again and then became a per se...habit! Something that I learned to do as normal, survival.

It's gone now but caused a lot of problems. You'll read this as I post.

I agree from the perspective that, Mental/Emotional distress is only regocnized to late in too many cases, often only when harm has been done or crimes committed.

The same is true in the UK, sadly and help is not always forthcoming as a preventative measure, especially in the traumatic teenage years, when most who become involved with drugs, crime etc, would if the help was available early enough.

It's difficult enough to get a life back on track, let's make the help available as and when needed (well in a perfect world)

Despite your problems lee, you are overcoming them, good luck for your future.
